This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Ayyappa Best Price mobile application and website. It outlines the conditions under which you may request a cancellation, return, or refund for purchases made on our platform.
By placing an order on Ayyappa Best Price, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Order Confirmation
You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the partner store. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Order Confirmation (Before Dispatch)
- Cancellation requests after order confirmation but before dispatch must be made within 1 hour of confirmation.
- Contact our support team immediately at support@ayyappabestprice.com or through the in-app support chat.
- If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please initiate a return request after receiving the item if applicable.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Item significantly different from description
- Missing items from order
- Order not delivered within expected time
- Duplicate charge / payment error

- Change of mind after delivery
- Product opened and used (unless defective)
- Perishable goods (food, dairy)
- Item damaged due to misuse
- Request made after the return window
- Customised or personalised products
4. Return Window
- Standard Products: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Missing Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Wrong Item Delivered: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after these windows may not be accepted at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
Follow these steps to raise a refund or return request through the Ayyappa Best Price app:
Step 1 — Open your Order
Go to "My Orders" in the Ayyappa Best Price app and select the relevant order.
Step 2 — Request Return / Refund
Tap "Request Return" or "Report an Issue" and select the reason for your request.
Step 3 — Provide Details
Describe the issue clearly and attach photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Step 4 — Submit Request
Submit the request. You will receive a confirmation and our team will review it within 1–2 business days.
Step 5 — Resolution
We will notify you of the outcome via app notification and email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Processing
Refund Methods
- Online Payments (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card): Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded as Ayyappa Best Price wallet credits or via bank transfer (NEFT) within 7–10 business days. Please share your bank account details when requested.
- Wallet Credits: Credited to your Ayyappa Best Price wallet within 24–48 hours of approval.
Refund Amount
- Full refund: for eligible cases including wrong item, damaged goods, or non-delivery.
- Partial refund: may apply where only part of an order is affected or returned.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is solely due to our error (e.g., wrong item, non-delivery).
7. Return of Products
If a physical return of the product is required as part of the refund process:
- Our team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- Refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the partner store.
- Returns that do not pass quality inspection may be rejected, and the item may be returned to you.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Perishable goods (fresh food, dairy, beverages).
- Health and hygiene products (once opened).
- Customised or made-to-order products.
- Digital goods, gift cards, or vouchers once redeemed.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
9. Disputes & Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by:

- Our senior support team will review the case within 3 business days and provide a final decision.
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be communicated through in-app notifications and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
